Lagalm is a Mexican auto-parts manufacturer that supplies major automotive companies such as Ford, General Motors, and other international OEMs.
Its operation involves multiple production lines, strict inventory control, scrap management, precise invoicing, and rigorous delivery deadlines. In an environment where operational efficiency and traceability are critical, having reliable, real-time information is essential to maintaining profitability and competitiveness.
Before implementing Ugroo, Lagalm ran highly manual and fragmented processes, which limited its ability to control, analyze, and scale its operation.
Challenges before Ugroo
All information was managed in spreadsheets. Data had to be entered manually by a single person, creating bottlenecks, slowdowns, and heavy dependence on manual processes.
